This Ad is there in gulf news classified since long time ( About 6 months and so ), that time I called andaleeb office and received some informations that time the price was 20-25% less than current rates that time 1 Bed room of 3rd phase was 80,000/-.
Today I called up them and the story is that the project is coming up near to The emirates city towards al ameera village and since now they don't have anything concrate mean what will be project name / how many building will come up to that area nothing has been finalised its just on conceptional stage...
so we are not buyer but invester this price is for invester who invest blindly without knowing anything..... If anyone approch the authority of Ajman and verify the reality of the real estate company....than may be a good investment..... they are claiming that its a very big project, how big they don't know.

Can anyone check this up:
A new project advertised today in Gulf News by Al Andaleeb Investment Group.

Studios starting at 52,000 Dhs for an area of 350 sqft
1 BR starting at 104,000 Dhs for an area of 700 sqft
2 BR starting at 156,000 DHS for an area of 1050 sqft

This comes out to 148 Dh/sqft never seen such low price
