As per our forum friend said that due to the previous payment plan was suitable for middle class and lower middle class people too.
So many people Invested on this project with their hard earned savings. The new payment plan is Impossible for even middle class people.
If any investor from GCD2 RESIDING In UAE must take initiative and all investors must unite and demand for return our invested money. Even if they won't pay interest for the amount which is lying with them. syedykg@gmail.com

For Medical Reasons, I am canceling my unit and will be able to get approval to receive credit note of my payments made.

I visit GCD2 previous month and I get some pictures from GCD2.
They respond to my last mail and They denied my request about contract canceled.
I am gray too.

Earlier on the etastar.com website, under 'construction progress' goldcrest dreams (GCD & GCD-2) were appearing with pictures of whatever was built that far. But now when I checked the website yesterday, ETA has taken off goldcrest dreams from their website. I have sent many emails in the past couple of weeks but no response. Does anyone have any info on GCD/GCD-2? Have they decided to call it off with regard to goldcrest dreams? Why have they taken if off their website?

Has anyone received any update from ETA, other than their new year greetings and change of office location?

I was communicating with Mr. Suresh (Of course one way communication from my end but replied by customer center) on the following subject matter:

1. Event Force Majeure:
According to Stargiga, the reason for the delay in the project is because of " Delay in supply of utilities" and they justify this as a "Event Force Majeure".
But in the definition "interruption or failure of utility service including but not limited to electric power, gas, water or telephone service". This means, there should be an existing Utilities to interrupt or failure.
