The towers seem to be progressing satisfactorily for the last few months (touch wood!), although Sweet Homes' website department has not been able to match the construction photos with updated captions. Can anyone report what is the state of the advanced towers: Can they be handed over by December 31, as promised? Are their internal plumbing and electricity works complete?

It is fantastic that I received an email from SW that they asked for for payment +Penalty.
I have paied all of installment on time and there are some installment which is after 2009.As They mentioned Completion date of Dec.2008 and did not complete the project so I did not pay the rest of payment.

Investors in those Paradise Lakes towers such as B2 and B3 that have remain stalled for months now, should start putting pressure on R Holding either to refund our deposits or offer a realistic alternative. Even if they intend to resume construction after delivering the more progressive towers in December this year, they should at least keep investors in the loop. Simply sitting on customer money for years on end while making revised delivery promises every 31st of December, is not responsible behaviour.

For the last one week, Sweet Homes website appears to have crashed, together with the crucial Construction Update page. Can anyone upload some latest pix of Paradise Lake towers so that we can have an idea what progress, if any, occurred in the month of October?
