I am going to Ajman on 16th Feb,hopefully to Arra office on Saturday 18th Feb( does anyone know if its open on a Saturday).Where in Ajman is the office? Will let you all know how I get on.Looking to swap to a completed apartment in Ajman.

I HAVE VISITED EMIRATESCITY AJMAN IN NOVEMBER THE 5TH,THE FIRST TWO ROWS FROM THE MAIN EMIRATESCITY ROAD IS NEARLY COMPLETED,BUT I WAS VERY HAPPY TO SEE SOME WORK GOING ON FOR TWO TOWERS,I WENT TO THE OFFICE OF THE CONTACTOR WHO WAS IN CHARGE,AND TOLD ME GOOD NEWS,HE TOLD ME THE FIRST TWO TOWERS IN EMIRATES CITY WILL FINISH AND HANDOVER JULY AND OCTOBER 20212,THE R HOLDING(AJMAN SHEIKH/KING) PROJECTS WILL BE FIRST TO FINISH,IF THE REST OF THE PROJECTS WITH ESCROW ACCOUNT DO NOT FOLLOW,THEIR ASSETS WILL BE TRANSFERED TO R HOLDING AND THEY WILL BUILD THE REST,BUT PROJECTS WHO DO NOT HAVE ESCROW

Hi Guys,

As anyone invested with this company for a project in Mina Al Arab RAK or Lagoon View Tower, Emirates City Phase 2 (Ajman)???
They were agressively advertising at all the Malls back in 2007/2008 regarding their 12 month buy back option which i took.
The settlement of that is due now and i am assuming at different times for other investors, however it seems the company has since shut down to my Horror.
Can anyone advise if they also invested with Lootah Real Estate & Commercial Brokerage?

some memebers has given good idea that we should go to stalls of ajman developers at cityscape and not only demonstrate against them but also warn the visitors about their cheating history and bad intention.
we can see list of uae exhibitors here

but i can not see any of ajman developer under this catagory.
i am sure as they are so cunning and sharks they will surely try their best to hook some new investors at this event so they may tie up with some of these stall holders and can try to get some bookings thru them.

I confirm that Mr Heshmi is right (because I also attended the meeting with all the other investors).NO REGISTRATION OR ESCROW ACCOUNT YET. ARRA has given them 10 more days to complete the process. For those people who do not believe it please contact MS LATIFA / CONTACT NO-06 7444144. Please before posting any information get your facts right.

in my humble opinion, we all should not pay anything to any developer till 1st may, its not a big risk, only risk of li'l amount as penalty of late payment..right? we can afford it.

It would be of great benefit to know if any of you have suceed in re negotiating your payment terms. Many of us are stuck with the developers and face a dilemma of either to continue paying and thereby increase our risk exposure or risk losing our previous installments. I feel the better option is to re negotiate our payment plans and link it to construction progress.

can anybody inform abt the repute of the developer(al owais group) of this project.tnx
