increase of prices for AED 75 per sq ft in Goldcrest Dreams II
ETA Star, the developer of Goldcrest Dreams I and II has increased the prices for both GCD1 and GCD2.
i read in a related persian web site that the prices has been increased 25 AED per SqFt, but in an enquiry from the developer i have received an email which is mentioned that GCD2 prices are increased for 75 AED per Sq.Ft.

Not True
Called yesterday. Price is still 425 and only a few 1 Bed Units left unsold. Once they are all gone, Prices may go up to 450 by April 2008 and Once they launch Goldcrest 4, will PERHAPS/POSSIBLY GO UP correspondingly.

YES, ETA Star has increase AED.75 / Sqft. They launged AED.350 / sqft. Now, they are selling as AED.425. This may go up lilttle latter.
You see the new launging price of Emirates City Tower (Look like Emirates Tower, Dubai) is AED.450 / sqft. This is new tower is comming up in EC. Also, there are some other cities are comming up next to EC, definetley the price will go up AED.600-700 / sqft within a year.

Price rise - False hopes
Strictly not true. GCD 2 Launched at around 400 and now its 425. SO increase is only 25 till now. Only when a few floors will be visible and all units sold out, will we see any marked change in price. (maybe upto 450 by April/May 2008.) As for 600, only after completion in my opinion.
Dont forget infrastructure very poor and lacking in many respects. And there will be many resellers then! Lets not raise too many fasle hopes!
