Progress on B3
I got this reply from Sweethomes concerning the delays on B3. It may be of help to some.
"We would like to appraise you about the Constructions Phase on Paradise Lakes Tower B2 to B9, that the construction work on Tower B2 and B3 has been started by the main contractors DEWAN DEVELOPMENTS CONTRACTING and now are working in full sowing at site.
We agree that there have been certain delays but it is pre mature to determine. However, we are approaching the owner and the Developer of Paradise Lakes Towers Projects (B2 to B9), M/S “R” Holding Department of Private Properties Government of Ajman for their comments and commitments on the Revised Completion time, which will surely be ascertained during month of December 2008. Till such time we request you to please continue full filling the contractual obligations.
We sincerely apologized for the inconvenience cause and concern on this important issue which is off course beyond our control and competency."

B3 progress

I visited Paradise lakes in the end of August, and not much progress can be seen from B2 to B6. All of them are risen up to first floor. There were some workers on the B6 and B4 preparing the beams of the first floor. Sweethomes are entertaining us with deliberate delays. My friend bought 2 bedroom flat from Falcon Towers about 1 and half ago. At the time we argued which project he should buy - B4 or Falcon towers? - and both of them had completed piling at the time. Luckily, he made the right decision and he bought the falcons. Now the Falcon has completed the 20th floor and B4 doing the first. So, those of you who bought from B2-B6 need to wake up, and put pressure on Sweethomes.

Please advise current status of B3 tower? Why are these towers taking so long rise? I have been informed that construction has only reached the first floor - pretty appalling considering construction on the site has been going on since Jan 07.
This is clearly reflecting extremely badly on the reputation of Sweethomes and R Holding and Dewan Developments, if they are still working on the project.
Further to your last quoted correspondence on this matter :

December 2008 is fast approaching, so I would hope there has been some progress regarding these "talks". Please advise as I would respectfully hope you do the decency of informing YOUR customers before the deadline of December 2008 or could it be that perhaps you have not spoken to them for 8 months!!
I will be reviewing my payments thereafter as will most purchasers. If we have to fulfil obligations regarding payments then there are contractual obligations via the construction companies that also need to be met.
The time is fast approaching whereby if we have not received appropriate and SATISFACTORY communication, action is likely to take place. I am not instigating anything but merely pointing out a fact.
Please remember Newtons 3rd law - for every action, there is an equal and OPPOSITE REACTION.
I look forward to hearing some positive news shortly.
Updates on towers B2-B6
There seems to be a lot of talk about the increase in progress on towers over the last month or so. Maybe they have started to get concerned as people threaten to stop payments, maybe the cheaper materials have helped... maybe they have just finally woken up :O
Most of the talk in B2-B9 seems to surround towers 7, 8 & 9. Certainly most of the pics are of these towers.
What about the others? I am a B3 owner (well I would be if I had my keys). can someone advise on the progress of towers B2- B6?
