Hello! It is very frustrating to pay every month without fail our instalments for our flat but we have no contact with the so called place where we are paying. There is absolutely no feedback from them. I purchased my flat from NORTHERN EMIRATES PROPERTY - AJMANPROPERTY.COM, it doesn't exist now in their website. When I ask them where I should find the information now about Rose Tower, all I get to know is ... Rose Tower is sold from them so they cannot answer my question. I have really no idea as where to contact to get more information about the flat I purchased(I live in abroad so I cannot personally see what is going on over there). The place where I am paying every month ajmanreie.com doesn't care other than the payments.
Are we fools to buy this way and pay every month or this is how it works normally in UAE??
I am amazed by the attitude & the way they do business.
I also came to know that the square fit that they mentioned for the flat includes my parking area too ..... what a disaster?
Does anyone got a better idea???

I think you bought your property from Roger Wilkinson. He is state agent who operate in AJman and charges excessive commission on his customers by simply forwading their contracts to the sellers. I WOULD NOT HAVE RECOMMENDED THIS GUY. However, if he is the one you bought from, then here is their contacts:

Unfortunately, we already purchased from him(Roger Wilkinson). There was a Transaction Fee of 2% of the cost of the Apartment that was paid along with the first payment. But soon the transaction was made & they got their money. Now, we cannot get any information about what is happening with Rose Tower.
Well! I am trying to get some information from http://www.emiratesproperties.ae/index.cfm coz I see the Rose Tower is here & no more in the website of www.ajmanproperty.com.

Regarding Rose tower, you can directly talk to R-Holding as the ultimate R-Holding is the developer along with Lilies and levender The following plots which they are developing - Lavender / Lilies / Rose and Eye tower. You can find their contact details from Website of R-holding. As I knwo the work yet not started except the piling work which was completed 8 months back... No further development and Abu saif is awarded the contract for construction please note that same contractor is constructing lilies and lavender...

Its a sister consern of R-holding, and only doing the marketing for this tower, I met personally to R=holding officials and confirmed, even if you call to R-holding and ask how many tower they have in Emirate city they will includs Rose tower with it.
