R Holding appoints Energy Central as the district cooling service provider for "The Emirates City"
The Bahraini based Energy Central Co. (ECCO) has been awarded a 25 year agreement to design, build, and operate the district cooling plant to supply the entire Mega-Project "The Emirates City".

this is from rholding site .. does anyone have more info about this ?
is this for all buildings in emirates city or for some of them .. specially our contractors and developers
telling us that most buildings will be split type air conitioning
