Does anyone have ANY news whatsoever regarding the starting of construction of GCD2 towers? The office people have no idea when this might happen, except that it will happen eventually. Im pullling my hair out with this stonewalling and lack of information. Can anyone help?

Thats beginning of some much awaited activity on these plots!

If we didnt said anything for gigastar then nothing would have been build yet.Also not in february.

I agree with Josau, I really doubt that if people in a forum or even tens of people going to visit their office makes one bit of difference to the big companies.. They do things at their pace and that is the way it is.
I think that 'protesting' can only ever have a very small impact on the way decisions are being made.. (just imagine the protests against different wars or big companies... they rarely make a difference - but it makes the people who protest feel good about themselves..)

You think you are still in european countries that when whatever you do you get nothing from them.
Josau I give you an example:You have gone to dubai and I got my
contract before you because I have talked a lot with the company.
And ajman bound and Josau we are not the 10 persons that have gone against the company.
Many people in dubai have talked about why there wasnt a contract yet and why nothing was build yet.
Gulf countries have better contact with the costumers than european
countries do.
So you shouldnt act like as if you are inside a european country otherwise you will get into deep trouble same as you have in european countries.your children have nothing and you have no life
because your not saying anything about that.
But it doesnt matter because whatever I write you don't understand what I mean because you are from a european country.
You think that all the world has the same rules as european countries have Ajman bound and Josau.
You dont understand gulf countries better than I.
I come from a gulf country and I have lived there 25 years.
There you only have to talk with a Sheikh and then all the rules
will change.
Josau in your other messages you wrote that it doesnt matter what we do nothing will be build before february but you dont know what your saying.

Oshurie ,look at josau then who always wants to be right.
But that is the way europeans are,they never listen.They always want to be right.The administrator has to look at what josau and ajman bound are writing because I cant stand people who lie against themself and who want me to believe them.

i am new to this as you may have noticed. Can somebody please give me sincere and impartial advice as to what i should do. The following are the two offers that have interested me but i'm confused as to which one i should go for.
A, GOLDCREST DREAMS 2, 1 BEDROOM 890 Sq ft @ 400 AED per sq ft or
B, TAWAKAL TOWERS C22 , 1 BEDROOM 815 sq ft @ 380 AED per sq ft.
My capital is around £18,000 only and ofcourse with UK prices way beyond my reach i am looking into this market purely from an investment point

The last picture of goldcrest dreams 2 is not so clear.
I haven't seen anything of it.The pictures of imre where more clear.
Darwish that made the picture can't walk 5 metres
more and make a better picture.
I hope someone will soon make better pictures about goldcrest
dreams 2 so we can see how the progress is for building goldcrest dreams 2.
