every day i follow your photoes from D03 .i stopped paying money since this month and i am thinking about talking to them.do they attend to our suggestion about replaning payment? what u think ?
There is no reason they will not replan the payment plan, please speak to them if they are really want to save their image they have to come up in favour of investor.
Regarding construction speed, its now established that there is some strog reletionship between Developer ( R- Holding and Real estate ..) and contractor Abou seif, this reletion is above there prestigue and reputation as developer and master developer and even emotions of investor.
Its look that these developers are under presure of contractor where even they are ready to bat their image and future, so if some one is not ready to accept the truth, we can't help.
Lets wait till December 2011, if we are lucky enough we may get it otherwise wait for another years and years..... since Developers ready to loose their image no one can stop them to delay and further delay.
We understood now that our association with these developers remains long and they are not worried to gain the confidence and mouth to mouth their critisis from their faithful investors and poor end user.
