Till the date 4th slab not casted... Current status -
D01 - 4rth slab by next week
D02 - after 3rd slab, column casting under progress
D03 - its seems that contractor started some activities at D03 under pressure
D04 - First slab will cast in this week
For Abu seiff is the pressure game, since he is not incresing manpower, resources... so if R-holding put the pressure they act for them, if Rose tower owner put pressure they divert man power to D03 and if Chapal group give them big lacture they turn to D04.
Master developer are still depend on the under performer, who need approx 1 month to cast one parking floor which is just double than required.... when he will reach 50 or 51 odd floors....now its looks that Master developer and consultant are agree with the contractor performance and may be they are also looking to drag this project till they get the electricity assurence.

Chapal the glory 2nd slab in coming week.
Visited site, Noticed all around activities..... GCD 6-9 will resume in coming month, they shifted laborer to their Dubailand Villa project, bunt interier work under progress.
Excavation of lake connecting part with Mall also under way.
People working there are not panic with the global crisis.......Hope for the best

If you visit the site again, could you please also inquire about the Rainbow Towers? I know the piles have been put in some months ago, but since then nothing else has been done. Grateful if you could ask them when they plan to resume construction. Many many thanks.
Rose Tower - D03
Good news for all the investor, finally by the end of the year the news which will give some hope and smile, ROSE TOWER CONSTRUCTION BEING RESUMED, good amount of workers are working at -2 meter level hope that within a month time Rose tower will start raising.
I will visit eigher on FRIDAY or SUNDAY and share updated picture specially of ROSE Tower.

It was inagurated on 1st March, and since then no input, kindly let me know about the developers or progress status or whether to stop the installments or not. I hope to get update from you soon.

Dear I2.... Yes I was there yesterday and disappointed with over all progress of EC, yes B09 and B10 & B11 was quite okay in progress other all looks progressing with the aim only of 2012

No workers seen on these towers, I do have picture mostly I will upload by tomorrow.... It looks that every one is aiming only for 2012 I can't see any handover before that.
Master developer is not showing any positive sign, after launching the project since its shameful of R Holding that they don't have their representative at site to answer the investor query.
Its not negativity, but negligence on our part as investor we are not united and B grade developer along with R holding and Adanan saffirani enjoying our heard money.
If we not wake up at the end of 3 years, please be ready for next 3 years to just criticise the developer, we all will boil our blood on this forum and every evening become colorful for Developer and associate.

Dwarish my dear friend we all appreciate your honest opinion about the whole situation with EC. R-Holdings is nothing but a big joke of course at our expense. When we bought our apartment in Towers B07 & B08 we were promised completion/handover end of 2008. To date we have had no communication from so Called Master Developers(Master Cowboys) to expain for this delays. So far not a single project has completed in EC nor they have started on any infra structures as yet. What have they done with all the monies they collected from poor investors? Can Arra really do any thing to improve the situation or it is just a toothless dog?The reputation of Ajman is in tatters DUE TO THE TOTAL FAILINGS OF R-HOLDINGS. HOW LONG WILL THIS CARRY ON? THE LEAST THE AUTHORITIES IN AJMAN CAN DO AT THIS STAGE IS TO SACK ALL THOSE AT R-HOLDINGS & APPOINT SOME RESPONSIBLE PEOPLE! AJMAN DREAM - WHAT A SHAM.

No work - R Holding D01/02
Dear all, The repeated news again -
Sub contractors from D01 - Lavender & D02 - Lilies tower has run away since last Saturday (12.09.2009).
No work at site in past 5 days, I was in dream that by today or tomorrow i can share the news of slab casting but it far from now....
How long the friendship of R Holding and Abou seif kill us day by day.... why firm like R Holding can not kick away this contractor, or this all being sponsored by R Holding.
Shame ..... on R Holding ......Poor investor wait till I will update ... you will never get any information's from R Holding except reminder for your due installment..... No one serious to complete these towers.
Listen R Holding the days are not far when R Holding management will face aggressive agitation from all of us..... how long we can bear you as non performer.
Shifting of man power - D01/D02 (*)
Latest from the site is that Contractor Abou seif has started shifting of man power including supervisory staff / engineers to his long waiting project in Ajman city from D01 and D02 site.
Subcontractors have already stopped working since last 8 days as they were not paid. No progress since last 10 days
With this all projects of D Row are stand still with Abou seif D01 - D07 What a poor selection of contractor by R Holding.
We are not sure at this point of time that this move initiated by R Holding or not, or its a process of changing the contractor , which looks very remote chances.
All investors of D01 & D02 need to call R Holding and build pressure on them. (Pathetic)
