R-Holding
Having read through a lot of messages leaving from the buyer of Al Rashid Tower 1~9, I find that no body have received any contract from the developer till now since mid-2007, it's crazy!! Myself is another buyer for the Rashid 7 sicne May but till now I still wait for the contract fromt the developer, I donno whether this R-Holding is registered from the Dubai or not, or we can complain to the Police & Dubai Land Dept.
I hope anyone else buying Rashid Towers & read through this message can reply & show how's we should do next in order to protect ourselves from the bad developer. Even now there is nothing start for any one of their projects when visit the sites last month. Shit!!! :(

I have paid 16% so far for my apt in Lake Signature. When i enquired with R-Holding about my contract, i have been promised that i will get the contract if i pay 25% in total. Is this true, did any one paid 25% or more and still waiting for the contract :?

How come you have to pay a total 25% for getting your contract? For my apt the "reservation form" clearly stated that I should get my contract before December, is it also written in your "reservation form"?? If yes you can sue them directly or report to the Police for as a contract breaking!!!
And also, never believe any "Verbal Contract" with the developers until you get a black & white guarantee!! Do remember gte all your payment receipts for record.

al rashed contracts
i hv flat in al rashed tower c-19, the contracts were ready for my apartments.I got a call last week but the condition is that you muct give them al the post dated cheques.Dont understand this really, wasnt told about this at the time of making temporaray contracts.
