For your information this building has been sold out by Real Estate Investment to a sub developer known as SOMGulf. They just finished the piling works and the construction is very slow as per actual schedule. For your information they have applied for opening Escrow Account and Registration with ARRA but their application has not yet approved and it is still in process due to not providing all necessary documentation data as per ARRA comments, but they have paid the registration fee to ARRA.
