Are there any updates on Goldcrest Dreams C6-C9. Do we know at what floor the rise is at the moment. The last we heard that it was on the 8th floor. Any update/pictures will be appreciated.
What I could make out from some updates posted in SSC by Bizzy, GCD-1 C6 has risen to level TEN and others (C7, C8, and C9) are at around level 8 residential floor. Checkout the updates at SSC on Paradise Lakes. In one of those pictures, C6 can be seen in the background.

I have learned that SKY CONSTRUCTION have moved most of their workforce to other Villa Project in Dubai. The Tower's are not rising any more, just the block work & interior finishing is going on. That too on slow pace!

I have seen all letters sent by Star Giga which is the same and we now need to get together and complain to the Ajman Govt and at least ensure that our investments are safe.
The construction of Gold Creast Dream on hold – the reasons of which, will be notified to our customers in the coming time. However, as far as payments are concerned we wish to advice you that Ajman Government has introduced new laws concerning free hold properties which requires (amongst other things) that all developments in Ajman have an escrow account and all payments be made in favor of that account only. This we trust provides more security to both the customers and developers alike.
We expect the required procedures (which makes us in compliance with existing laws) to take a month and until such time you have the option to discontinue paying further installments.
Please do not hot hesitate to contact us for further queries that you may have concerning your investment in our projects.

They should restart the construction. Now with the new deadline May 1 , 1 month will be enough to get the escrow account . I
will be more happy to see ready the building and waiting for the electricity....

I do not think we should accept a new plan until we get the confirmation from the Ajman govt. about confirmation of their plans.
This amounts to cheating and Star Giga shoul dnow be sued by the invester community
Is there ayone we can hire in Ajman to make a lawsuit on behalf of us?
I hope th Ajman Gov will be strong to deal with these people who knew very well to sell the projects but difficult for them to keep the promises and to finish their project in time.
A project finished in time is the best marketing for them....
