With simple calculation, assuming the contractor takes 2 weeks to complete 1 floor, it will take him 80 weeks to reach complete the tower, this is of course plus the time required to construct the parking floors, and the finishing which is the most time consuming part, buttom line this tower will not be delivered before two years in best case

I think you partly right. The parking floors can take 2 weeks to construct, but apartments' floors can take less (about a week) if they work in speedy way - which means they could complete in 42 weeks. So, lets hope this is the case.
Please note
Please note we all are talking about 2 weeks or 15 days for each parking level but this contractor is taking its own time -
Ist slab was casted on 23rd July
2nd slab casted on 28th August
Its more than 30 dyas - where we are calculating half of it.... so two years are in very speedy condition but with this contractor at list I am not all sure for any completion date.

Hi Dwarish, Nuraldin & sarmadmn
Thank you for the update and comments, may I ask Sarmadmn, when did you took the photo, because other photoes did not show this progress. now that there is some progress and Abu seif visiting to the site this days, did you think the contractor is off the hook from R Holding or Abus seif is to meet certain target and then will go.
Dear Oshurie
Dear Oshurie,
This pics of levender is the latest one as on 28th Sept. second slab casted, You are right as contractor now visiting everyday to site.... one sad news (Last Friday), subcontractor for fixing the reinforcement has stop working due to the commercial metter with Abu seif...... So man power further reduced at site.
Its just for the information ... please note we don't have any personal issue with Abu seif company the day they start performing we will appreciate their work and effort but unfortunatly Abu seif contractor not giving us the chance except -
1. They use thermocol covering after raft casting
2. Using the quality fancing
3. Using the quality and mordern skyfolding supports for roof casting
&
4. Core casting method - slip form mechnism
But overall his performance remain issue and not allow to cheer us.
Take their time and do it right!
Lets not try to rush them too much. I would prefer they take their time and deliver a high quality product than do the job quickly and deliver garbage! I see too many properties here in the GCC where the contractor was pressured to finish quickly, so they higher unqualified staff, don't provide training, don't care about the saftey of their staff and in the end deliver an appartment that will take many thousands of dollars to fix, or years of arguing with the contractor to come in and fix themselves (which usually ends up not happening).
I think more important than a timely delivery is the delivery of a high quality product. Quality is where the money is!
