Can you please tell me if there is any change in the payment schedule?
After paying the 8 installments each 7%, there is installment of 15% on completion and afterwards the balance of 14% on 12 equal installments. Please confirm.
You have to pay 7,5% after 3 month from last 8th payment of 7%. Then one more 7,5% payment on the June 2010. The balance of 14% you have to pay with the same procedure. During 12 months.
This is not fair. It is not our fault that they’ll be late. When we signed the contract originally with Fortune LLC, we agreed to the terms. Al Batha will be late and we have to pay them instead of they paying us penalties.
