Considering that EmiratesCity.org is growing in popularity as a hub for sellers and prospective buyers to exchange ideas and make trades I think we should have a system whereby people report on their experiences of buying and selling in Emirates City projects on the website - providing feedback and naming people with whom they have completed transactions and naming and shaming people who committed but could not complete transactions.
The aim would be to provide a robust trading infrastructure which would protect buyers and sellers and inspire confidence in deals done through this website identifying potential rogue purchasers/sellers and the good ones.
I have just sold my flat in GCD2 and for e.g. ITMASTER gave his word and then withdrew whereas I2Ajman fulfilled his word to the core - and I am sure other people have had similar experiences and I think sharing these on a section of this website would be very fruitful
Thanx!
Thanks Dawood for the compliment!
It was my pleasure to deal with you, actually.
Hi dawood, i understand your
Hi dawood, i understand your frustration, this also happened to me recently where a buyer backed out of the transaction in the last minute after 100% committing to the sale and i held the unit for him for 2 weeks, i'm not going to name him but he knows who he is. Unfortunately this is sort of common in the resale property market, where alot of buyers who may not be serious in the first place make full commitments and pull out last minute, which can waste a lot of your valuable time.
Anyways, anyone interested in my 1bedroom, only 425/sqft, please check the listings! or email me at 26queenbee@gmail.com .
Thanks!
