I have been contacting the Developer with regard to Rose Tower but not getting any proper reply. Could anyone please inform me of latest developments. I thank all those who are contributing to this site.

The consturction is at the same stage. Only the piling work is over. Last week we went to the developer and enquire about the same. No one in the office really knows what happening. Can you imagine the Manager does'nt even know who the contractor is. No response at all. As an investor who had paid money for the past one and half year dont I have the right even to know about the progress of the construction? I can even aceept the delay if we are explained in a proper way. every time we visit their office its like " Oh God why did i invest over here"? the only thing they told was the project will be completed in time. dont worry. can u believe this.
as we are residing locally often we visit the site and everytime its gives a sad state of mind.
I think the developer should really do something about this and take control of the situation.
One sales guy was telling that the contractor has been changed.
God knows what's happening?

Looking for support - Rose tower
Dear Gautom manohar if you are looking for the support from Master developer... Please check how they are strong enough... they couldn't able to take out the work progress from contractor Abu seif how they will tell or instruct to Abuseif again for work for Rose tower as currently D01 to D07 all plots are "captured" by Abu seif he must have very good reletionship with the consultant as they are awarding the job to Abu seif after seeing their performance from July 2007.
