Does anyone know if our maintenance charges per foot of the propertys will be as quoted at the tme of our ooking?.
I dont live in the u.a.e so does anyone know of any progress of venice tower B18.

The topic I would like to suggest for Poll is:
'Payment plans of 4 years with some developers involve making 50% payment before construction and remaining after construction. If upto two years, investors have made 50% payment and the construction is not over (not even completed half), then should the investors continue making payment of balance 50%'.
Dear Admin, This is the most important question today in the minds of genuine investors and deserves a poll. Your forum will help build a team to negotiate this issue with the developer.
ONce the reader has made a poll, he should be asked to write the building name also in a field provided.

Thanks for your suggestions. ;)
1. I agree with you. The first question is very important for investors. But I think it's mentioned in the main contract - selling and purchasing agreement - that in this case, The buyer can stop to pay the installments till completion.
I think it's not good for poll but we can discuss about this issue in the forum and the buyers can say about the provission of their contract in the diffrent towers.
2. The secong suggestion is good for poll. If other friends are agreed, I'll add it for voting.
