Availability List and new prices

Good day for you my friends!

I have got an availability list from Al Batha Real Estate which I post in here. There are 70 flats for selling only at the moment. Means, around 80% of the apartments has been sold out already. The new price for the Crown Residencia is 500 AED per sq. ft. There parking charge has also increased from 20000 to 40000 AED.
I have nothing to say about the construction's progress. Has somebody visited the Emirates City recently? The report or the last pictures will be highly appreciated.

Hello itmaster,

If you can get it then I suggest you buy it as prices are moving up in Ajman. My friend has just bought a place in Royal towers for 560AED just 2 weeks ago.
What is the development called?

I would SUGGEST people be wary of selling to IT MASTER - as he withdrew after giving his word with regards to a purchase in GCD2 from me a month back - he said the reason was he found something in JVS - I smell something fishy now!
