'R Holding appoints Energy Central as the district cooling service provider for 'The Emirates City'.'

--The Bahraini based Energy Central Co. (ECCO) has been awarded a 25 year agreement to design, build, and operate the district cooling plant to supply the entire Mega-Project "The Emirates City".
