I am an owner of a flat in Hambra 1 as well.
I do not think there is any progress since Jan 2009, even Tameerat is not registered in ARRA yet and they did not open escrow account.
I submitted a post long time ago and I got replies from 5 of Al Hambra flats owner confirming that they stopped paying to Tameerat at least 5 or 6 months ago.
Now the question is that, is there anyway to get our money back ?????????????
It is very hard to answer this question but my idea is that, if can collect 20 of Al Hambra flat owners and we go to a lawyer in U.A.E we might find a way to get our money back or at least we can get a new contract with fair and more convenient conditions.
If you are interested please send me mail on my email in order to have excel sheet for the owners and try to arrange something together, 2 hands better than one.

I have lost my job hence had requested Al Hambra if they can pay back the money but there has been no reply from their management. The accountant has replied that there is no guarantee of paying back the money instead of that it is better to look for a buyer for my flat.
