Seeking Advice on Investment in Paradise Lake Towers B6, B7, B8
Thanks for the great forum that provides great information for overseas investors.
I have decided to invest in Paradise Lake Towers. I plan to purchase 4 one bedroom apartments in B6 or B7 or B8 towers with partial lake view.
Does anybody have suggestion on this investment?
Did the construction for any of these towers start?
Who is the developer? And do they have a good history of development in UAE?
I am deciding to purchase the units from ajmanproperty.com . How good are they?
Correct me if I' wrong, if I buy a pre-built unit directly from a developer I don't have to pay 2% transfer fee. Is it correct? The above website claims the prices and purchases are directly from the developer , but they charge 2% transfer fee. How does it work?
A friend of mine suggested to invest in Frankfurt Residence in Al Mamooka City . Which one do you reccommand?

welcome on board. I bought from Ajmanproperty and I had a good service, they are of help and answer at your questions in a short time, that is not so usual with the developer (if they answer at all) and even with other brokers.
I suggest you, if you are a long term investor, to consider the opportunity to buy resold flats in order to have prices significantly lower, even if on the other side you need to pay a larger amount of money as soon as you confirm your order.

Developer of B2 up to B9 is Sweethomes Real estate.
However , i have 1bed apartment in B7 below current developer's price , if you are interetsed please inform me.
Also construction of B7&B8 is better than others (B2 up to B9) and it is on 5th floor.

Based on the above info , it seems Emirates City sounds like a good project and will be completed at the end of 2010.

Yes its 2% extra.

You are right about this that ajmanproperty.com charges a 2% commission over and above the developers price. Infact 2% is must if you buy through any agent.
Just in case you are interested , i have invested in 4 individual units in Emirates city in 2 different towers and i would like to sell them off at very attractive prices , much less than developers', You can save 2% commission also because i own these myself.
