Lake View Tower 1
Today I contacted “Lake View real Estate” and spoke with Project Manger to check why no progress on site. The Information he gave me that the piling works was handed over on 18th March 2008. Contract for constructing the building is awarded to one contractor but they are negotiating the prices with them to reduce the cost. He expected that the final awarding will be before 10th of July 2008.

Lake View
Could you please tell me who the project manager is so that I can contact them? I have an apartment in Tower 4 but any progress on any of the buildings would be reassuring for us all.

You just call Lake view office and ask for the Project Manger (he is one for the 5 towers), they will transfer the line to him. Regards

Till now 06/10/2008 there is no construction in this tower and the lake view real estate manger is not clear some times he said waiting for the municipality approve some time they will start work in few week and some time in few days.
