Venice Tower (B18)

Does anyone know the latest news on Venice Tower? It is being developed by a company called Real Estate Investment Est (which is apparently owned by Sheikh Nuaimi?). Has construction actually started or when is it likely to start? If anyone has any pictures can you please post on the forum?

Any help/comments would be much appreciated.

My Name is Syed and I have also 1 Bed room apartment on Lake view in Venice Tower B-18 (880 sqft area). For your information this building has been sold out by Real Estate Investment to a sub developer known as SOMGulf. They just finished the piling works and the construction is very slow as per actual schedule. For your information they have applied for opening Escrow Account and Registration with ARRA but their application has not yet approved and it is still in process due to not providing all necessary documentation data as per ARRA comments, but they have paid the registration fee to ARRA.
