we have bought flats in emirates city in different prices depends on the time we bought.
for example i have bought with 288 dirhem for feet square and today is 499.
if i want to sell, do you think it is easy to sell .
of course no. people are going to buy off -plan to get more profit.
dont forget we have to pay service charge , electricity, water bills and maintenance.
i have tried to sell the flat whem the square feet was 380, and no body wanted, they prefered to buy cheaper.
any comment welcome.

6 months back, i tried to sell my flat for 375. No body was interested. Now I am getting offers more than 425, but waiting...prices go up...

From my experience, there will always be buyers for your apartment, so do not worry. Its all about when, how, where, who you are dealing with. Its gotta be all well planned. You want to make profit so does the next owner, therefore, do not be too greedy and offer something reasonable, so they too get their share of purchasing an apartment from you. If you are lucky you can sell your apartment higher than the market value!! just no body knows what to do with UAE real estate market. Its a miracle!! ^^

Yes, I just checked they are charging Dhs. 499 per sq.ft + Dhs. 1,000 per floor + Dhs 50,000 Car Park. Good appreciation.
