Will the new realty law passed by the ajman government be beneficial to the end users? Are prices expected to rise further ( per sq ft). Any progress updates on lavender towers? Is the work progressing as per schedule.
Its looks that we all are on back to the track of the purpose our friend Bin Ali, provided this plateform to discuss closely the progress of Emirates city.
We are trying our best to report from site and collect datas available from engineer / workers of respective site.. in this process some times we will harsh on the perticular project and even we appreciate their efforts and posatives.
so some one not understand that till yesterday Abou seif contractor was not good how suddenly he is appreciated, we deal with only facts which we can see at site or try to discuss and know the facts about project.
I am very happy to know that now a days we all are adressing the core issues as what we used to do in the past since last 5-6 months this site was guverned by sallers and buyers.
Hope we can cont. feed the progressive and constructive reports from the site.

Inside - Lift area
Its a view from inside the core- whole arrangement lift as unit as you can see and continously they can cast 200mm step by step -
Holding points - Availability of ready mix concrate with pump on continous basis.
Fixing up the steel (reinforcement).
Minimum 40 workers inclusive of skilled and unskilled are required to perform the casting.
