Last week when I called the the CROWN RESIDENCIA's developers office in Dubai, they told me that the construction has already started.
Can any member confirm it? If some member visits the EC, can you please check at site and update.
It will be great help and releif for other members who have booked in Crown Residencia.

Crown Residencia

I visited the EC site on 02/05/08 and found that the mobilisation for the site work has already started.
The site board with all the details for CROWN RESIDENCIA is fixed on site, some of the portacabins are also erected at site.

Is this good price 425sft for CROWN RESIDENCIA? also do they have already completed projects in Dubai area?
