Does anybody know what the status of the Rose Tower is? Have they started any work at all? I cant see any pics on the internet and am wondering how on earth they are going to deliver on time.
I contacted Real Estate Investment Est. several times and no one is giving proper reply. I have been paying regularly the installments. Except piling nothing is happeninig on site. We all need to join together and contact R Holding as they are the Master Developers and lodge our complaint and disatisfaction.

Excavation started but unfortunatly the contractor is the same ABU SAIF.. his reputation is very bad with lilies and lavender tower... what is the completion time given in your contract?
The date given is June 2010, but when I called Real Estate Investment Est. they mentioned there will be a six months delay. I dont understand, why RHolding and Real Estate Investment Est. are dealing with such contractors who cannot deliver. Both these companies are part of Ajman Government. They is what they claim.
