I have also purchased a one bedroom in Al Hambra. I received the contracts recently but there were some clarifications that needed to be made by the developer. I got an email from them today confirming that their legal department has reviewed and amended the contract details (I listed the problems on a separate post a few weeks ago). Have you received your contracts yet?
