Completion date!
Hi
installments table shows we must pay big money at nov2009
agents told us completion date is that date (searching on internet about this issue shows that date too)
But contracts papers say completion date is a date isn't before feb 2010!!
damn !
what it means
if completion date not be nov2009 , should we pay that big money at nov2009? And what about next installments , i dont see clear about this important in contract papers

Payments
I agree. Even I have purchased in Emirates City with four years payment plan. 2 years before completion and 2 years after completion. After after 2 years, construction wouldnt have completed even 50%. In such a situation I am wondering whether I should pay the balance 50% or stop making payments. Developers had lured investors to invest with payment plan whereby half of payments would be made after completion. But now it looks like it was just a game. They would take 100% of payments from us and even after that I have doubts they will complete the project.
Big amount
I asked one representative of GCD about this matter and he told that, the big amount in NOV-2009 is at the time of handing over the possession of apartment. If apartment is not handed over at that time, automatically, the payment will not be made and will delay until we get possession.

Completion date
Hi,
When I booked my apartment in emirate city I made my developer sign a paper saying that if the project is delayed they will pay me interest and they have given me in written that they will write that in contractand I will be getting that contract next month,
