GC Project Update

GC06-09 construction update as on 11-April-08

completion stage : C6 - 4 (Parking) + 2 (residential)
C7 - 4 (Parking) + 1 (residential)
C8 - 4 (Parking)
C8 - 3 (Parking)

I visited on Friday. Eventhoug Friday is holiday, 1/3 of their work force is working on Friday also. I have spoken with the site people & they said their target to raise 'one' floor on a week. Work is going on with full force. Expected to be copleted on the agreed time.

D-Row only now work under

Rose tower - Breaking of piling after excavation
Chapal group D4 - Casting of raft scheduled in this week
Lilies & Lavender - No progress as contractor got all 7 towers(D1-D7) with the same man power approx 350 laborer.. they are shuffelling the labour from one project to other... if you any one able to talk the reasonable responsible (if any) at R-holding please speak to them as your Emails and telephone calls are attainded by the very basic staff where even they don't know what is SQFT in the property so SLAB / COLUMN / REINFORCEMENT and other technical they don't know.

I have some pics but if I will post those it will hurt you all who are holding your premium product from R-HOLDING.
