URGENT TO ALL GCD3 OWNERS

Hey guys,
I just got of the phone with GCD3 and they said that they finally finished the new contract which includes the furniture details. The I asked "what about the smart home technology?" and they said "DUUUUUUUUUUU". Even though I clearly mentioned to them during the first time that this info is missing, they still did not mention it on the contract!!!! I really smell a rat and now they are telling me that they will fix it again and God only knows how long this will take.
They also told me that I need to start paying otherwise I will be penalized !!! And when I told them that I did not even receive the contract so how do they expect me to pay, they said, "sign the contract that has the missing information first and start paying and later on we will send you an amendment" I don't like that, I really don't mind paying now but there must be some sort of official letter from Star-Giga that says that there will be an amendment about the smart home.

THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT... we have to all go to their office and get an explanation, because they are trying to play games with me alone, this is for the good of all of us and this is how many people got cheated in the past.. I heard so much about people who were promised a Smart home technology and they pay extra for it then they end up getting one of those energizer bunnies. Please reply ASAP so we can arrange a time where we can go and have a nice discussion with Star-Giga and state the fact that they MUST give us a complete contract before they can tell us to pay anything and until then they have no right to penalize us.

i've recieved my contract too but kindly guide me where u say that on which page of ur contract ur furniture details are mentioned and moreover if u live in dubai or ajman have u seen the site and progress.

I did not receive any

I did not receive any furniture details on my contract, so I complained to them and they told me that they will modify it, and after 2 months they called and said that they included the furnishing and that they will send me the new contract but the problem was that they did not include the smart home info (even though I requested it too). So the contract you have is probably the first one. If you contact Star-Giga, they will change it for you but it will just take a long time (they said they need another 2 weeks to add the smart home info but i think it will take them at least one month)

its so strange that the contract recieved is photocopied whereas allover when there is a contact between two parties its on letterheads or legal papers , do u guys have thought about that or have u recieved real printing what type of multinational is this org Star Giga?
i contacted their office on phone they said that we 'll send u real amended copy after about a week . Hope they do so ?

They are a very well

They are a very well established company, they have money and good looking finished projects in their portfolio. The thing is, they are slow on contracts, receipts and other paper work. I hadn't received my last receipt for GCD 2 and went to there offices in Deira. There everybody was helpful and all the necessary steps were taken immediately to solve my problem.
As of the time when I signed my sales contract it took months, but eventually it all happened.

GCD3 Contract

I received my contract earlier this week and there was no mention of the smart home technology and furniture packages promoted through the Star Giga websites. I contacted Star Giga and they've now issued an email to all owners asking for the contracts to be returned as they'll be corrected and resent. If you don't have a copy of that email please let me know and I can forward it to you.
