Yousuf of Sweet Homes, Has anyone met this monster!!!
I went to Sweet Homes office recently. I was met by this dirty creature who replaced Saleh..Sweet homes should know better than to hire a smelly man like this guy. Someone who is presentable enough to charm angry and broke investors...Disgusting!!!!!
Has anyone met this monster!! He is so rude and unaccomodating..

They started the paradise late towers in 2006 till now they could not finish even one tower in 4 years

if you go to sweethomes they will force you to pay just becuase if you dont pay they will die.
only solution is to go to the court
If sweethomes fails to collect money R-holding will throw them out from this game and another company will come and you will have better future (dont ask me how, i am quoting his words)
The only beleavable comment which i got from saleh is "sweethomes collected the money from investores and reinvested in AJMAN uptown , Raibow towers and in pakistan also. so even if they run way Ajman Gov has enough to capture from them " and you meight not loss 100 %

i met yousif 3 months back and he was welcoming and calm ,we discussed fate of post dated cheques and completion plan for rainbow towers in civilized way == no shouting ,no sharp coments since he is not the one who took our money , so being panic and create problems with people will not help any one especially frustrated investors who put all thier money hoping they will sell after few months and getting high profits ,listen all money gone into deep hole in ajman and dubai , u must either continue paying as im doing or leave what u paied ,remember still sweethomes much better than those run away with investors money , we must think befor fiting with poor employee in his office, RAMADAN KEREEM

SH not running way because still they are able to collect money from investors. After collecting money, they will simply tell you to go R holing.SH collect money only for developers.They have PDCs. You will see after few months. Mr. Yousuf is paid for doing so.

no diff between those who run away with investors money and sweet homes. SW homes also needs our money. Why do they need our money if we have paid 60 % ? they have no answere, only u need to pay as per arra work needs to go on. so many cities in a row to build all gone with wind. so think how stable and strong that emirate is. and how financialy this company is strong. If they are strong are they ready to display their audit details and finacial position to customers.
Thats it so stop paying, what u paid is gone and what u dont pay is ur saving. 2months for 1floor is not a good speed. its clear it will take 48 months for 20floors to built added with post tension works will be 1 year. so 5years, If u have 3 bags full of money so keep on paying. Esle stop it as ur money will multply at good intrest rate or in good investment in your own country. Here its a jungle out and jungle rule.

myself also is upset because market is down, but it doesn't mean I start saying bad about people's look. If yousuf shouted and mis-behave then it is his mistake and we can discuss about his altitude, but please not about Looks. Take it easy otherwise whats the difference between them and us.

seemes that some people like to torture themslves ! i said money went into deep hole ! bec. even if u receive ur flat still u are not the owner , they can take easily from us by adding taxes ? changes laws , no residancy visa ,cheating from top to buttom but this is my decision -- foolish thinking and irrational but i cant leave 250k drh for nothing so i decided to pay not to give them legal excuse to steel every thing ,if every one stop paying === mass collapse for every one ,my humble openion .

yousuf is calm, yes he is.......but very sarcastic....his personality is irritating....no charm at all....i dont know why sweet homes hire this man to face broke and angry investor???? i felt more angry after talking to this man... even as a garbage collector, i wouldnt hire him... well folks this is my opinion....

The developers employees change colour like a chameleon, (changing their behaviour or opinion according to the situation). They take their cue from their bosses and act accordingly. As Ajmanflat mentioned, it could be that the developers reactions have become so nasty as they have become influential. But what achievements have the developer made that they are turning to be influential? Anyway, it the investors money that is going to the developer, and that in return is spend on the towers. So it is actually the money of the investor that the developer is feeding on, and building the towers. One option is that the investor instead of watching this debacle, start taking in control of the Emiratescity activity from the inefficient and dishonest developers.
