The developers are asking for payment after they have escrow accounts eventhough they haven't built much. They are dealing with each of us indvidually, using pressure on each of us to get more money. Come to think of it, if we share information and anyone of you who arrives to a good deal with a developer should share with us. We will benifit from each others experiences. You don't have to mention details about the developer or project if you don't want, but you may lead your friends to any usefull information they could use bargning with developers.
