Width of Lake

Some developer are charging more for the apartments facing lake. It seems that these apartments are in damand more than the apartments facing other view.
People are fascinated by the lake facing apatments, and these are their first choice.
Can anyone provide the specicification of these lakes? ie. What is the width of these lakes? What is the distance between the Block B and C ?

Can't really comment on the distance between B and C rows.
But would you not rather be looking at a lake view - instead of the side of the opposite building?

The apartment I have bought has a side view of the lake - but luckily on the top floors so I hope to have some 'clear' view of the sky and not just the neighboring building.

Ajman Bound, You do realize

Ajman Bound,
You do realize that almost all towers have the same number of floor / height, that's because the specs are done by R holdings which all developers have to follow (for example i believe C & B plots are g+p+25) . So even if you are on a higher floor on the side of the building, you will still have a neighbour building view regardless of what floor you are in, unless your tower is on a corner plot. Also keep in mind that there is little space between each tower, so i presume they only way you'd see a little bit of the lake is if you open your window and peek sideways.

AS per the old master

AS per the old master community plans, the lake is shown to have a width at the center of about 65 m.

As for the lake facing

As for the lake facing apartments, yes they are the highest in demand and most expensive, next in demand is Emirates Road / Desert Landscape view. Naturally in any development people always look for apartments with the best view, and anything with 'waterfrontage' will always be highest in demand, since they are the ones that will yield you the highest rental rate, or for those who plan to live in it will want to get the most out of their investment.

Hello the Perseus, Yes, I do

Hello the Perseus,

Yes, I do realize that all towers are same height (although some are a taller) and that even on the top floor the view is the same. But what I meant was that at the top floor, if I look - lets say a little upwards and to the left, I will see the sky beyond the towers. Where as the person living on the first floor might not...

But personally, the view wasn't a big issue for me in the purchase. I just liked the sound of Ajman as a place to live and this project happened to be for sale at the time I was looking for places to buy.

Floor and View!

I agree with Ajman Bound. I also bought on the top floor and a side view too with similar motives like Ajman Bound. Lower floors too have thier advantages but I prefer the too floor, particularly when it was available when I bought without any price differential. The side view will surely get you a peek to the lake because the towers are in a curve, especially in B and C rows. I bought in C7 and I hope to get some view of the lake atleast, if not a direct and front view.

More important is that the project on the whole sounds exciting and I believe it will be a nice place to live!!
