why uae government doesnt do anything!
Why ajman government dont support investors
we see all default from developers
they want delay few years for handover our units
as we all know when we trusted to them , they told us they'll give penalty
if they delay more months , it was also what uae government said
Now , they hold our money and they should return payments to investers because they did default,it's their problems not ours, but we see uae gov dont do anything and everyting developers want they do
i think we should all take an action against it to all the world medias
and we should want uae government do everything for return our money

simple answer is that the goverment is the giggest developer how they will return ur money back ? , we must forget these money for the time being and to continue payments if u can otherwise leave it , all the emirates like this ,thats why i think property market will never come up again here not bec. the crisis but bec lack of confidance

there is one way to retuern the money must R holding the owner for all the land in ajman as reseved the money from devloper tak back the land and returne the money for envestor otherwise they hold the project and we will countinued for paying with scrow account .
