Why nothing from Arra and nothing from the Master Builder
The master builder/Arra should do the following:
1. Make it clear which developers have not complied with their requirements
2. State why they have not complied
3. Tell investors what the the Mater Builders/Arra will do with these blocks
4. Confirm to investors how much money is missing
5. Advise investors what to do next - not just go to court -
6. If investors should go to court then why do Arra/ master builder not bring an action on behalf of the investors to resolve the matter - instead of expecting simple investors to try and make sense of a legal nightmare
7. If the Towers are going to be cancelled then the investors need to be paid back with what is left
8. The land must have been sold for something and that money should be returned to the investors pot
The master builders failed to check if the developers were genuine - in the case of Lake View Towers they sold them 5 plots when Lake View had done nothing at all with their other plots.
These people need to take responsibility for their failure and need to "communicate" what is happening not simply keep quite and hope everything goes away - they must have some contingency plan - so what is it ?
Arra need to tell us what their strategy is not keep quiet. Can have a city of just a few Towers and leave the rest of the land as desert/wasteland - so what is the plan.
Everybody on the forum deserves to know, so why the silence.
We should all ask Arra to clarify their plans and they must clarify this with the Master Builder.
Not knowing what is going on leads to speculation - we all need certainty , only then can the project go on.
So Arra what is going ON ?
