This poll is not fair?

Many people purchased the units for all the above reasons. Choosing one reason should not exclude the others. I bought my unit for all the above. How can I vote?

so, unless I can vote for all three, it would be unfair to vote anything

1. you can vote to the most important factor in your decision.
2. In the other side if we add a new item i.e. "all of them", We can't conclude any thing from that poll.

Location

1.Budget within the reach of middle income class group who want to get rid of paying monthly rental which is increasing every year.
2. Besides this, one of the main reason to purchase apartments in EC is its LOCATION. People working in Sharjah, Dubai or UAQ,RAK. EC is accessible from all the above emirates very conveniently .

Intrest Fee

Toph3333 - It was the Intrest Free - No Banks - No credit checks that caught my eye; yes, I could actually do this and very easly. Unheard of anywhere else in the world and from what I have seen, a very rare financing option even in the Emirates!

Financing options would have been a good poll option to include (sorry it is in hindsight).

Its all good things bundled!

Yes I guess its many things bundled together.
The price is reasonable.
The size of units (unlike Studios) is liveable for families.
The location promises quiet "away from the hustle and bustle" atmosphere.
Yet the location allows easy reach to Dubai and Sharjah.
And last but certainly most important ... the Payment Plan!

I truly hope it will be a nice place to live.
