TO WHOM THE APPLICATION SHOULD BE ADDRESSED IN CASE FOR A COMPLAIN IN ARRA AGAINST A BUILDER

I want to lodge an official complaint against a builder at ARRA , can any one of you tell me to whom the application be addressed to ??

An early reply would be highly appreciated.

Well what i know is there is no system of lodging official complain .You can at the most go to ARRA office , talk to them and get some positive reply .Friend I have tried couple of times but of no use .Best of luck .

there is local lady her name NOOF u can register ur complain there she will give number for that , i dont know how strong this move legally but her advice was very clear to stop paying , i stopped paying to sweethomes and im trying to swap the flat with other one in dubai

I dont understand purpose for creating ARRA website. Not a single reply received either by email or mail. Who is managing Escrow Account? What's the remedy? Is there any chance for getting refund of amount lying in Escrow account even if builders have deferred or dropped idea of construction?

I don't know the possible way of checking the available funds in an escrow account, but I will bet that most of these accounts have very little funds available...

Send to The Manager, ARRA

I send a courrier to The Manager, ARRA. A lady called me the next day, and took my complaint and wrote all the points down. She talked about the bad economy and new offer to be negotiated.

The developer is asking for money (help), perhaps to make himself monetarily stronger so that he can perhaps cheat the investors more in the next stages.

However it seems that ARRA is on the side of the developer at present, because the investors are not yet united in their approach.

Developer has ran away

I had booked a floor in Humaid City, the developer has ran away from UAE for past 8-10 months. Now till date if there is no Property Court yet established in Ajman than where should I head with my complaints for refunds.
I hv paid 10% of floor value which is equivalent to 100% of a flat value, Can I get a replacement of a flat against a floor.
Can somebody advise me on this please.... Thanks.
