As per the "Brochure of Crown Residencia" given by junaid and First choice real estate, "Fortune Group" is the developer, First Choice is the authorised sellin agent. I have seen this brochure. But if other brochure exists, or other is claiming , please share the information here, to avoid any RISK or trapped by unauthorised agents.

Developer for this project is Fortune Group, apparently they are also part of another nearby project called 'etihad villas' , they also claim to have another project in Dubai Silicon Oasis.
Any news about this project? Who is booking the apartments for this project ? (other than First Choice and Junaid Real Estate).
I had booked for Crown Residencia through First Choice Real Estate a month before, but still they don't have the contract ready with them. They are telling that the Contract will be between Fortune LLC and the Purchaser. Any update on this?
Does anyone has dealt with Fortune LLC (please note that Fortune Group are different than the Fortune LLC) or with First Choice Real Estate ? How is their reputation?

later went to Fortune LLC Office to collect the S& P agreement. Agreement was signed between Fotunr LLC and purchaser.
i was told that construction work has already been started.
