I have just heard from a realtor that somgulf towers have bought venice towers??. Does any body know anything about this or what it means to us.
They allso say venice tower has an escrow now.

For your information this building has been sold out by Real Estate Investment to a sub developer known as SOMGulf. They just finished the piling works and the construction is very slow as per actual schedule. They have applied for Registration with ARRA and Escrow Account but their application is still under process with ARRA.
