Who receive the contract ?Whats going on Star GIGA??
I paied 65000 AED but I dont have contract :( !!!

Have you tried calling or visiting them in their new offices? Maybe a good idea to do so. I still feel they will come good as compared to others. But in UAE, one never knows!

You NEED to call them. Why do you guys wait so long ? You should have called ages ago. They are really helpful and your inquire will be dealt with. Giga Star is a very serious enterprise, but amongst the thousands of contracts they have to deal with something can go wrong as anywhere else.

After 2 months and 8 days I have my contract now.
I had my contract 3 days ago.
I have also bought a appartment and I haven't been to dubai and
they did send the contract.
I think josau is right,you can call them and they will help you
immediately.
I have talked a bit tough with ajman property about it and they helped me the same day.You have to make contact with the real estate company where you bought the appartment from and also make contact with giga star.
2 months I have had problems like this but not anymore.
Now I finally have my contract.
The contract is clear ,only 2 things I dont understand.
It doesn't say if its 100% freehold property.
(that the appartment is 100% for the person who buys it)
And about the rental guarantee.
I don't want to rent it to other people.I want to move into it.
Do I have to rent the appartment first to people before I can move into it?If thats true than it sucks for me because I don't want to rent it to others,I want to move into it.

I have paid about 65000 AED to Star Giga about 3 mounth ago too but I haven't recived any contract either.My agent says its because of their moving to new office,any way they have promised to send the main contract during next week.I think its better you phone your agent & put them in pressure.
But I dont worry at all because we have a reservation agreement & besides we have paid booking fee and even 12 installments , so nobody can deny your ownership.
