What stage is ARRA progress for B16: Crystal Residency

Does any one know what is the stage Crystal Residency is at Registration process with ARRA. I have my last chaque and third year is going to start keeping in mind the construction progress ( which is 0% in last couple of months).

Please tell me what you all guys/Ladies think.

Hi Sanan

ARRA say that they are in the process of registering with them, and that future payments should not be made until construction matches the payment stage i.e you should not be giving them the final year if they have not yet finished constructing for the first.
Crystal Residency have had to change the site construction team, hence the hold on current building activity. This change should I am told, be finalised by the end of this month, and inshallah the new contractor will progress.

I hope this helps, if not contact ARRA directly.

(I await some negative responses from some of the usual suspects! ;-) )

I sent out an enquiry to Nouf at ARRA last thursday but didnt get a reply yet.

I had been making quarterly payments and the last payment I made was in January 09 . Since Im not in the UAE, they didnt bother me with pdc or with the harrasing calls that some people are facing.

The last contact I had with Mr. Sajid was in the begininning of June when he said that the escrow accounts are being set up in 10-12 days. No news after that.

Spoke to Sajid at Palm about a week ago

I have also spoken to Sajid and he has informed me that the account with ARRA will be set up in about 10 days time.
