I came across some post here people says that ARRA advised them to collect some document against the unregistered developers form ARRA and go to court with their support. It is very surprising information.

It’s like someone robbed your money and you went to police and police advise you to go to the court against the robber with police support

Its a shame the passive role ARRA is playing.

But they couldnt completly get away with it. The pressure is too much, therefore you read today about the new ARRA body to settle disputes.

I agree , they cannot continue ignoring the people this way as they (Ajman) are targeting the same investors which Dubai and Abu Dhabi targets with better confidence and investment protection. So hope fully they will change for their benefit , it may help the investors.

Thanks, I have red it and I had listen to a radio interview conducted by AMEinfo when combine together, I feel that the AJMAN authorities are clean and trying to control the mess but they are into a ve….ry big learning ramp and will take time to come to a straight line of expertise, timeliness and materialization.

What I am afraid is that before they learn some of the developer crooks will escape to kandahar with investor's money.

All are getting Salaries & Passing time

All in Ajman in departments are doing nothing but getting timely salaries and taking registration fees from Developers and enjoying.
For examply ARRA registered 172 developers means each developer paid Aed-150,000 as per their website information. Means Total from those Cheater Developers they received 172 x 150,000 = 25,800,000/= (Aed-25 Millions) Means US$-7 Millions. Atleast they should distribute these amounts to us, who are poor Investors.

all of developers including master developer have to pay penalties for delays....in my humble opinion, someone got to go to jail.

So you say Arra is good ...

So finally Ajman Flat saying that ARRA is "Not really" only sitting and doing nothing...... it means that He is saying that ARRA is trying to control mess and doing something. If this is the case, then have patience and something will be coming up soon from ARRA.
I personally think ARRA is doing something, but Mess is Huge and they need some time and experience to control all the mess done. Time will proof, but my idea is we should not say anything bad about everyone, some people are good and some are bad.

Who told you that we as investors paid top derham (400 -800)/sqft for Ajman (desert) so we can sit around and wait for ARRA (ajman government) to figure out how to catch the thieves? how to install regulations? how to establish escrow accounts?

What kind of return on investment we will have if we according to you, just wait around for 5 or 10 years. No big deal.

I bet when it comes to your derham, you figure exactly when it will start returning money for you. But when it's investors money, you recommend waiting infinitely.

Again: your base assumption that we deserve this happening to us because we didnt do our due duligence is invalid. No part of the world has this type of scam even if you went to Afganistan, and sure as hell it shouldnt be in UAE. This was the biggest trick and scams of all times. UAE/Dubai good reputation provided cover for ajman thieves below the cover.

Developer has disappeared

I had booked a floor in Humaid City, the developer has ran away from UAE for past 8-10 months. Now till date if there is no Property Court yet established in Ajman than where should I head with my complaints for refunds.
I hv paid 10% of floor value which is equivalent to 100% of a flat value, Can I get a replacement of a flat against a floor.
Can somebody advise me on this please.... Thanks.

How many apartments in one floor and what is the name of the project. I bet it is a sand castle and not a floor of the bldg as Emirates City, Humaid City is nothing more than Sand, Rubble, garbage dump of incomplete bldgs, not even a nice place for insects & animals without water...
