What do you want to do finally if you didn't have paid installments since financial crisis?

GOLDCREST DREAMS 2

The developers should complete the construction of Emiratescity, GoldcrestDream 2 and other buildings and connect them with water and electricity supplies, even it take 3 more years from today to complete. I will pay all my balance installments once my 2 apartments are delivered to me completed with water and electricity supplies. The developers should not demand for payments from investors until completion of GoldcrestDream 2 or other buildings, because no investors would pay anymore monies now, even with threat of cancellation of contract etc, because investors are not at fault or in breach of their contracts. I am sure what all investors want is to take delivery of their apartments after completion with water and electricity supplies so that they could rent or live in the apartment. I believe no investors would want to lose their deposit or 50% or more of their payment if they are able to take delivery of their apartments even in 2013 or 2014 subject to full payment of their apartments to the developers.

the money is gone so accept it

the money is all spent on either building works or offcie administration and expenses. there is none left to finish emirates city buildings so forget it, move on. its game over. forget legal route as it will cost you more than you have already lost, and little chance of recovery of money, even if court rules in your favour, does not mean you get paid. accept defeat and get on with life.

Developers have been defeated

Investors are winning. Its the developers that have been defeated. Honesty, justice and fairplay is never defeated. The whole world is witnessing it. Dont forget Almighty God is seeing everything. Even one single investor will not lose his money and no one will give up. It is the cheaters and their agents who will give up and get on with life.
