What do you think about the usage of commercial towers?
We all know that the commercial hub of UAe is dubai. So, I think the units of commercial tower should be concern to the emirates city, for example services institutes.
What do you think?

Personally I would think

Personally I would think that perhaps companies would be very interested in acquiring office space in the Emirates City - for one the rents should be lower. The commute from Dubai Airport (in case of foreign visitors) is not probably shorter to Emirates City than to Jumeirah (for example).

And of course, the people who live in the City, will need services provided by many companies and for them to have offices in Emirates City. Well, I for one would rather use a company located in E.C (so I can visit them in person) - rather than drive to Dubai to meet them in their office...

Also, Emirates City once finished, will be a 'city in one place' - so if you have business guests, they can stay - work and have fun in the same place. Which is an advantage in today's busy business enviroment.

I agree with Qeshmi and

I agree with Qeshmi and Ajman Bound, most of those who will be using the commercial units are those businesses which either provide services to Emirates City residents and neighbooring communities or those kind of businesses where because of their nature location is not important and are just looking for a cheap place to conduct business from. This category includes a huge variety of businesses. Ajman Bound is right in saying that Dubai is still the business hub in the UAE and when the location of the business matters one has to be in Dubai. Besides, different types of businesses in Dubai tend to group themselves in one location.
