What to do with payment of Venice Tower

We have payed around 40% and venice tower is still in pilling work and pile cutting. Can some body advise me about the payment that if escrow account opens by SOM Gulf for venice tower B-18 we shoud go on for payment or wait tells the construction progress reaches up 30-40%.

why should u pay even in escrow as arra is abt to announce construction linked payments.
wait till construction reaches payment stage.
