Dear Investors;

Have a situation please advice:

" Just went trough all my contracts with SH found that " Agreement to Purchase Real Estate Property" was issued for me in 2copies but newer signed by first party and by me. I had to sign a contract and send it back to SH but newer did that. What I have signed is " Irrevocable Reservation Contract"

Does anyone have a similar situation and what advantage I may have???
