Dear Sir or Madam:

We’ve implemented a support desk system to streamline and escalate responses to support queries we receive. This system will enable us to handle inquiries more efficiently, keep track of any unresolved queries and maintain a history of all queries with their responses at a centralized location which enables transparency with our investors and also facilitates checking of past responses by a simple login.

We’ve created a username and password and registered your email address with this system; you may retrieve this information (and even change it) by visiting our support website (given below), go to ‘My Stuff’ page and then click the link for ‘Did you forget your Password or User ID? Enter the email address on the space provided and then check your email for your username and password.

Note that the system treats each email address as an individual account and therefore if you wish to communicate with more than one email address you will have to open multiple accounts on the support desk.

You may open support queries by visiting the ‘My Stuff’ page on our support desk website or by sending us an email as previously (this will automatically create a support query and link it to your account or if you send us an email from an address that is not registered with us the system will create a new account on our support site).

We prefer that you send in your inquiries directly by visiting our support website.

We hope that this will assist us improve our customer service and enable us to speed up our responses to your daily queries.

Pradise lake tower progress

GCD 1 construction

thank james for the report, i m very angry about star giga games. they have been misleading us for quit long time now. they changed the payment plan twice. the last one just after they recieved the frozen 2009 instalments which i believe most of the investors have paid, instead of doing some work to increase investors confidance they've done nothing but demand of more money. the worst of this is that they want 48% of the original sales price January 2011 and every month 2% of the total sales value. i don't thing any wise investor will trust stargiga before they show real progress.
